Lighthouse Pločica (Pločica)
Placed between islands Korčula and Hvar, Pločica island is one of the most beautiful landscapes on the Adriatic. The lighthouse can accommodate up to 14 people (6 and 8 persons per apartment) and is the perfect choice if you are looking for a Robinson Crusoe type of holiday.

About Pločica lighthouse
Named after its interesting shape, flat and low, the island of Pločica is one of the most beautiful landscapes on the Adriatic. If you decide to spend your holiday on this lighthouse, be sure to take the room placed in the northeast corner of the first floor of the lighthouse building and enjoy the light signals from lighthouses Sućuraj on the island of Hvar and Lovišće on Pelješac.
Pločica lighthouse, was built in 1887. on the island of the same name, placed between theislands of Korčula and Hvar.
Perfect for a Robinson Crusoe type of holiday, the lighthouses building can accommodate a maximum of 14 people.
With the yard paved with stone, the ground and first floor have an area of 165 square meters. Tamarisks and century-old fig trees offer shade all day long.
A rocky seabed on the southern part of the island is completely different to the shallow sea on the northern side and to its sandy lagoon with boat hoist. The beaches are suitable for children.

Boat transfer to the island of Pločica is organized from Prigradica (island of Korčula). On request, it is also possible to organize a transfer directly from Split airport to the lighthouse.
In case you are arriving to Vela Luka (island of Korčula) by ferry or bus, if requested in advance, a transfer to Prigradica can be arranged as well as a transfer from the town of Korčula.
